The positioning of the face gives an entirely different spin on "oral sex".

Awesome.

It wasn't a bad show. It was a very mediocre show. It had some really awful episodes, it had plenty of average episodes, and a very very small proportion of good episodes.

WOO HOO! Body count on SGU. I've been begging for this all series.

"Well, you didn't like this mediocre genre show so you singlehandedly ruined genre television for everyone! EVER!"

Hopefully the drone won't be just forgotten, and will become a permanent part of Destiny's arsenal

This episode reminded me that, no matter how tense a situation should be, SGU will find a way to turn it into a boring mush. This episode wasn't overtly bad- it just wasn't really any good either. I actually found myself drifting away and checking my news feeds and generally not giving it my undivided attention

And how would having them watch SGU have helped put good sci-fi on TV? Was there some good show out there utterly dependent upon SGU's success for its own? Because that makes no sense.

I have this to say about the Conan reblurt: Dino De Laurentis. Your reblurt is invalid.

Or... you can just friggin' compost the bodies. Seriously, they break down pretty well. If you want to speed the process, use some machinery to turn them into a slurry. Plenty of muss, not much fuss, and you've got some good compost fodder.

You'd better make sure they launch during the night, otherwise they burn up.

The artist can itself be an audience.

But it's stupid to conflate the two- there are compelling and meaningful things that aren't art. There is art that isn't particularly meaningful or compelling.

I disagree- art is not subjective. What constitues compelling or meaningful art? Sure, totally subjective. But whether or not something is art is as subjective as "Is today Wednesday?"

Look, let's bring this to a close. Art is any attempt by an artist to communicate with an audience via a creative expression. Done.

HAHAHAH. C'mon, you know it isn't going to have a plot. But if it grabs the batshit, and holds on for its dear, insane little life, and explodes in an orgy of idiocy and madness- it could be fun. If it even looks at serious from across the room, however, it's going to suck.

I love the show just because everyone involved leaves no scenery unchewed. Well, aside from Trog and Mamatrogly. They're useless dead weight.

So, I see planes, meteors, and probably a few satellites. Where are the UFOs?

I've never heard the term "biogas". Methane is natural gas, regardless of the source- but maybe this is more of a regional thing?

natural gas, which is a non-renewable resource
