Dang, and here I thought it was because Brian owed Dom a 10-second car.

There are plenty of places in the world where a 5 series would stick out like a sore thumb.
This is actually a good idea. When traveling in dangerous areas, it is better to go unnoticed. An ostentatious vehicle draws attention and lets everyone know that you are rich —you either have something worth stealing or you would be worth a lot of ransom.
Exactly, show offs get killed. Everyone would be looking for the Bentley
This isn’t for boring people, it’s for people who don’t want to be noticed. Avoiding confrontation entirely is far better than having to rely on the armor, so not making yourself a target is important.

At number 3 is a $250,000 for a C3 that will get spanked by that “20 year old Toyota”. If your argument is;
You’re on crack if you think a 23,000 mile bone stock 6 speed Supra is overpriced at $50,000. I have no idea how this made your list at #2 when you have a $250,000 C3, a rusted Impala for $44k at #5 and an M3 for $150k at #9.
I completely don’t understand 911 pricing. Who the fuck would pay 100K for a car without an engine? Are “collector cars” even valuable if they aren’t numbers matching? Also, at what point could I just get a fabricator to build me a better fake 911? Or alternatively build a porsche out of bits and pieces?
Been saying this for years. I’ve always had a group of friends who were into cars and between them there has been 5 335's, 2 M3's, an X5, an S4, Jetta’s, GTI’s and probably some stuff I’m forgetting. Both M3's had tranny/engine problems. ALL FIVE 335's had their fuel pumps fail (among other problems), the X5 broke a…
I’ve done 28,000 trouble-free kilometres on an N55 engine. I don’t doubt that BMWs have their issues, though. It’s okay, because my last car was a Volkswagen. The engine was the least of my worries in that car.
If you looked–really looked—at the 2016 Toyota Camry, you wouldn’t expect the leggy girls in short dresses who get…
I had an AE-90 (pictured in the header) hatchback. 4a-GE, 4wd, 5speed. 130ish hp of pure fury. It’s a rust pile and a piece of crap but it was MY piece of crap and I loved it immensely. And for their size those Sprinter/Corollas were extremely quick. Did 0-60 in about 7.5 seconds which is no joke, would probably fall…
Yes, it was the best one, but they are all gone now, dissolved on the salty snowy backroads where they were at their best.
