And there is the fact that if you list it for what you really want everyone wants you to step down from that. List it higher and “bargain” down. It’s a stupid game, but it’s the game you play when you sell shit.
Rolex has done the same thing with customizers and won because the customized product wasn’t different enough and were legitimately seen by some as OEM Rolex watches. Porsche just did it with a homage car that was so well done by Singer that they were getting calls asking how to get “on the list” for it.

I am a 5 time jeep owner including commando, scrambler and wrangler unlimited and I HATE scowlly grill.
And high turnover is often a sign that the owner/management company sucks.
I’ve seen apartment complexes that do this. It’s often a sign that there’s high resident turnover. They’re constantly having to pull in new renters, so they want the cars to look nice so people aren’t turned off when they tour the apartment.
I have to confess I have a soft spot for the swoopy C3. Especially the latter version with the wrap-around rear glass.
