I never locked the doors in my soft top NA miata. I figured better for them to open the door to look for stuff to steal, than to cut the top to look for loose change in the cup holders. I assume being a cheap little car with little value and being a manual helped it not get stolen.

“Warp speed” is a perfectly good and sensible program, regardless of the president at the time. If it helps, he certainly had nothing to do with the details. It’s a rare instance of this administration allowing smarter people to do what they do best.
