Agreed! Also. Swedish Racing Green is THE best color ever. Paint the whole world with it.

I am about to make this plunge on my CJ7 and I am just so not excited about it.

This is amazingly adorable and goes atop the list of impulse purchases for when I win the lottery. I bet it sounds so angry while doing like 25 mph.

I’m sure they can’t because of market / standards, but I always think a retro-styled, stripped out jeep would be excellent. Small side by sides run about $15k, so using that as a guide it would be cool to see what you could get in a full size jeep for that. Very CJ-esque with some modern safety (air bags, anti-locks,

I generally like the 4runner, but not in a way that I’d buy one, they sort of look like video game cars (the front grill is so...much). BUT the new olive and tan colors from toyota on the Tacoma and 4 Runner do really, really pique my interest. Its a lovely color that makes me want to touch it.

Yea, the system did shut it off, but the charges came super fast apparently. The tech told me it seemed suspiciously fast if it could beat the system, but I never got any follow up on if it was an attack or just a glitch.

Yea, the Chase tech I talked to said the system should have stopped it for them as well, but the charges came so fast they got through a hundred or so before it shut off. He seemed to think it was highly suspicious but, of course, I never got any follow-up info so I dunno if it was a glitch or an attack.

Thats awesome. Reminds me of my where my parents live. There are a number of small rarely used tools that get left at people’s houses all the time. The one that always sticks out is a concrete mixer. No one really needs a concrete mixer all the time, but if you borrow it from whomever it’s currently residing with you

I had this happen to me in Chicago. A glitch in the system ended up charging me $30.50 one-hundred times in a row. The only way I got it all cleared up was to go to Chase and have them remove the charges as fraudulent. The money was out of my hands before the driver even picked up another rider.

I hadn’t gotten a good look at it before but that roof support in the 4 door looks immense. Does it take away from the openness? Also, how easily can the softtop be completely removed? I love to rock a bikini top in the summer in Texas (not much rain!) and i’d hate to have the big hunk of material floating around back

I’ve done this too! I used to plow snow in the winters and the old dodge power wagon we used always got really hot so you could bungee strap a can of soup under the hood and then have toasty warm soup! It also makes you engine more efficient as you are utilizing the escaping heat...or something.

I think a large portion of those concerns could be remedied by simply removing the timer. Sure, ranked does well to have a timer and keep things moving, but I’d like to be able to exploit the gadgets more. Usually by the time I figure out where someone is and get an idea for flanking them put together I’m down to 30

Right? Also, there is no way to watch this without giggling like a madman.

1. Strip it down to the basics. Engine, transmission, gas pedal, brake pedal. Remove doors, carpets, windows, any unnecessary electrics, etc.

This is true.

Jeep culture is tricky. I really love my jeep and the jeep wave and all that, but there are certainly some hardcore bros. I will say though, both times I’ve had a flat in my old CJ every jeep that passed stopped to see if I needed help or just yell some encouragement. Also, jeeps can range from rock crawlers to beach

+1 Wierd

We’ll never know anything for sure except for the fact that I would I enjoyed a pigman plushie.

Who gifts 10 crate engines?

This is my favorite aspect of design, in general. Subtle touches are always what set restorations and custom builds apart. Bentley ( I think) matches the inside of the headlight to the color of the car, but if you want, you can get a custom accent color and its looks amazing done correctly. Who thinks about inside
