I didn’t even think of that. Yes. Give it to her and then set fire to the lab, the pills, and the records. Now it’s the story of science saving humanity, much nicer

As long as RBG gets the drug treatment next and NO ONE FUCKING ELSE, cool cool cool cool cool no doubt no doubt.

When she said that she didn’t know how low low was going to get.

He needs to keep Dreyfus’s name out of his mouth. Raping a child is not equal to being persecuted for being a Jew.

He’s pretty much just trolling us now, right? This truly is the era of the troll. Louis CK is a troll now. Dave Chappelle is a troll now.  We have a president and his followers who seem to have as their goal in life to “own the libs”.   How do we fight off trolls?  Ignoring them can’t work when they’re running things

Literally every murder trial involves prosecutors and defense attorneys painting some kind of picture of the accused (and often the victim, which is even worse) based on their reputation in order to “sell” their case to the jury. It’s not reserved to women at all. If anything, this appeal to bias tends to penalize

Because infants, especially premature infants have skulls that aren’t entirely fused and are very soft. Burying them, or birth itself, could result in skull fractures. With how terrible the ‘forensic’ examiner was, the “fractures” might just have been the natural skull sutures that hadn’t closed yet. If you can’t tell

Giving birth is an overwhelming experience even in the best of circumstances. She either really didn’t know she was pregnant until a few days before giving birth, or she was in deep, deep, deep denial. Either way, she probably wasn’t in the right headspace to make rational decisions. It’s horrible, but not outside the

If you a child, not a fetus or a clump of cells in your womb but an actual child that is now in the world, I don’t care if you were “victimized by patriarchy”, your ass needs to go to prison for a couple of decades and maybe read some Dworkin, Hooks, and other authors while you have so much time to contemplate the

Yes, but they have to prove the baby was born alive, then buried alive (it is possible for a frightened teen to think their baby to be stillborn if the baby was born not breathing and the parent panicking and just burying the baby alive without realizing it) or killed the baby before burying it.

They are expected to use evidence of her eating disorder, her time on the cheerleading squad and track team, and her participation in the National Honor Society—evidence Richardson’s defense has used to paint her as a rule-abiding overachiever

It appears the prosecution got wrapped up in the sensationalism, and didn’t do their due diligence. Or the source reporting didn’t.

As for why they would assume that she killed the child, this wouldn’t be the first pregnancy concealed by a teen who then “disposed” of a live baby. A sad and terrible effect of the

There are many men who would love to have a fully-reversible male contraception option. I know that I have no interest in a vasectomy at this point in my life. Perhaps in the future, but not now.

I guess it depends upon who you choose to trust, but there was no ambiguity in what the employee experienced

No, and I think that’s what the title means. They denied they had anything to do with the whitewashing, therefore placing the blame on Old Navy, aka hanging them out to dry.

The headline doesn’t imply that Netflix said that. It says that Netflix says that they (Netflix) had nothing to do with whatever happened and if it did happen, it was Old Navy’s decision.

“Netflix hangs Old Navy out to dry” means “Netflix blames Old Navy.” It’s an idiom that means “to abandon,” and in context means “Netflix shirks all blame, leaving only Old Navy to shoulder the blame.”

Seriously with this title? Come the fuck on you guys. Do better. Do you actually believe Netflix said to Old Navy “hey go find some white employees to have in the background” of Queer Eye?

You just described my childhood. We all helped out with everything. I cooked dinner for everyone for the first time when i was 12 or 13.

And this is why I have my 3 year old son help with the laundry, unloading the dishwasher, and washing windows, because I refuse to raise another generation of men who are incapable of doing housework without being asked (shakes fist angrily at mother-in-law).
