Ok, well even at the margins, should we favour good comedy at the expense of slightly less discussion of the problematic implications for women and minorities? This whole discussion seems to just focus on what makes good comedy.
So if he is right, are we supposed to stop discussing issues of gender, race, prejudice, etc. for the sake of good comedy?
