Yeah, sadly none of the two high schools I attended offered anything resembling driver’s ed, or anything comparable to that extent. Then again, the high school I attended from mid-Freshman to Senior was in a very high income area, so most parents paid for private driving lessons.

I didn’t have the nice upbringing that apparently you, and your acquaintances did. My mom worked two, sometimes three jobs until I was 18, so there was seldom time she was home, let alone had the energy to teach me to drive.

As a life-long Mallrat, I am beyond the stage of grieving for the loss of Americanized malls and have hit the level of desperation via YouTube videos for my nostalgia; same with places like K-Mart...way too many memories there to turn away from.

I’m so glad we have Joey Salad-looking shitheads like this to emphasize that expensive, hardly-obtainable electronics can “survive” high drops. Because, you know, it’s not like some kid would like the thing instead.
