The 12th goal was Morgan’s fifth goal of the game. Scoring five goals in a game is rare, even against weak opposition. Scoring five goals in a World Cup game is a record. It’s worth celebrating.

Maybe I’m seeing things differently, but the only excessive, “poor-sportsmanship” celebration I saw was Rapinoe’s. Everyone else was pretty chill about their goals.
