As I said somwhere else, if you are “sweating alcohol” it is in your bloodstream and your breath. Alcohol doesn’t just completely leave the bloodstream at the end of a bender and come out as alcohol just through the sweat glands.

People often talk about it being in the sweat, particularly after a late night, as if it is just the fading residue of boozing, but if it is coming out of your pores, there is alcohol in your bloodstream and your breath.
