I am the mother of two beautiful uncircumcised boys and believe the best rule of thumb is to have them match their father. An uncircumcised man will know how to take care of it and no problems should occur.

Staged or not staged, it is still good stuff. I see this behavior all the time from children when I'm at the school teaching or volunteering. Ask any teacher and they will tell you they know more about your family than one would probably care to have them know.

There is nothing dirty about boobies. They are to be celebrated in my opinion. It certainly is bringing attention to a younger generation that would be otherwise disinterested unless personally touched by this horrendous disease.
