I have only read Dark Places and I was really impressed. Great characters, very descriptive writing and it was nice seeing a book take on class issues. The only downside was the wrapped with a bow ending.

I've given up listening to anything post 2006 *but* Hardcore and Notorious KIM are excellent and La Bella Mafia and The Naked Truth have bright spots. Not a bad discography.

Luckily, I grew up right across the street from a library and my parents encouraged me to read. When I turned 12, I was always there by myself and at about 15, I started finding all these "dirty" European novels haha.

I'm a total literature snob and my dad is a total genre whore and both of us would HATE having to swap libraries. Read what you want! Life's too short to pretend or be bored.
