I also know that this is browser+ because I enjoy the quick controls that much and seriously considered using browser+ specifically because of its expanded quick controls.

Given that you actually can't get access anywhere you are, and both cellular and home data caps exist, i will definitely stick to my own collection. also, the streaming bit-rate is low, especially over cellular.
