@Rakkoon: i was going to post something similar.

@That Gamer Guy: hardly a big deal. i've also been hearing that it won't take very long for the new ssv's to come out for those games. i'm not too sure about that last bit, but the pirates still aren't losing much at all. it's not like they don't have a bazillion other games they can play in the meantime.
some quick web-work shows that halo: reach was also blocked, and that those using the most recent firmwares on their 360's should only have to wait a few days before re-burning those games with the updated security data on them.
@Chojin: except that older hardware is incapable of physically making the checks.
@dparks: that is the point of backups.
the campaign was passable. i don't really do multi. it was worth renting.
@FlvAvi: do you think the console sdk's are just dropped off with no support?
@bjorked: yeah, that point has me waiting for a drop, or newer revision. they'll probably both happen by march 2012
@Mikey: yeah, it's not like they actually mattered.
@enderx: i coped by buying l4d2 for 6.79 on pc.
@Pepe Thunder: sounds like he has poor judgement.
@MR_PWNAGE: and why is that, do you think?
@jollyllama: i think this, paired with most manufacturers' inability to update in a timely manner will see me recommending WP7 phones.
@EUAN1337: not a sports gamer, then?
@The Sentient Meat: that stage did nothing for me.
@curtis07: itunes is drm-free.
@shaunmcilroy: i figured you knew what you were talking about, but the article didn't make a distinction.
@shaunmcilroy: the article says eight.
@MR_PWNAGE: i suppose it makes you happier to imagine that this is all valve's fault, and not any of MS's.
@xerokitsune: i would need to look into this, but if it has steamplay, it won't matter which platform you buy it on.
