Nobody. One of the limitations of the Facebook Live platform is that (at least as I understand it) the only option is to shoot in a square format. That looks natural within Facebook’s own interface, but when embedded in a page like above black borders are added to the sides.

Sans the layer cake bodykit and park bench wing.

Yeah I agree, as I look at it more I think a more cohesive paint scheme might help a lot. Also not a fan of the wheels at all, but that might just be me.

Ha, fair enough. “Batshit” is maybe a more appropriate term.

For some reason this one just isn’t doing it for me. The later, slightly insane Zondas somehow managed to pull of the look much better.

I’m pretty sure you’re a bit mixed up. The build he linked isn’t the Gas Monkey Garage rebuild (which, agreed, is questionable for a few reasons), but instead a very professional rebuild based out of the UK. For the full thread with pictures check here.

Yeah, yeah...

I love this thing for precisely this reason. It’s up there with the i8 in terms of a company literally just building the concept car. Sure, it’s a bit busy in places. But who cares? I hope more follow suit.

It looks better in white, but I still don’t think it looks that good. Kinda bulbous and disproportionate. Reminds me of a Miata with a badly designed bodykit:

I think part of the problem is the Mirror isn’t even calling it a Huracan, they reported it was an Aventador. So in some convoluted way they were right about the price within the context of the mistaken identification of the car, yet really just wrong about everything.

At first I thought The Joker was rocking Pennsylvania plates but it actually seems to have the colors flipped. Interesting.

Yeah I wouldn’t know for sure. I know Mike recently got into a partnership with Mazda, so a decent amount of the parts used to build this engine are genuine stuff. No idea if that would mean is has any connection to what the 787 was using, though. Regardless, I highly recommend the above linked SpeedHunters feature,

The mere thought of a Miata with 1,032 hp is absolutely bonkers. The fact that the engine is only on low boost, with an estimated 1,500 hp max output when fully cranked, is even crazier. Absolutely amazing, Mad Mike is insane.

...the video is at the top, bud.

We also spoke with company CEO Kevin Lyons about his vision of the future. It’s... interesting.

How much have you been offered by a VeeDub bro to buy the wheels for their golf?

I mean, I guess I could have been a better at choosing my picture. I was thinking of the treatment of the cabin into the rear deck, and instead of the W8 I should have posted the W8 M12. But maybe I'm crazy. I'm sure you have a sarcastic response anyway, so take that as you will.

Kinda looks like a Vector, same doors and everything.

I think that's just a perspective thing with the front 3/4 view. Here is the same effect from the other side on a different car.
