Haven’t read through it again yet, so things may have changed, but I was speaking of this thread, which at the time I wrote that reply to SpaceCop last night, was not full of words typed on keyboards soiled by tendies crumbs. There were people expressing disappointment in good faith.

Personally I don’t have much of a dog in this fight. I only bought a PS4 to play Horizon, No Man’s Sky, and TLOU - which I did enjoy (though playing and enjoying it were two different things as I explained here) - My true gaming home is in Xbox and Ubisoft world and as such am used to disappointments.

Now I hope Jason Schreier doesn’t find me and kill me for this but...

Jeez. Defensive much?

Billy Mitchell is the Donald Trump of video gaming.

Two weeks ago I found out I tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies. Not sure when I would’ve gotten infected, maybe it was in February, when I felt shitty on and off and had to lie down for a few afternoons. My ZIP code was the 4th hardest hit in NYC, and I’m thinking there’s no way I was exposed only once. For all

The problem I think with The Last of Us is that you just have slightly more fun playing it than you do watching it.

Will believe the promises of quality new Xbox exclusives when they’re loaded onto my hard drive.

Or Grand Theft Auto.

AC III was bold if flawed. It introduced the naval combat, large-scale land battles, and exploration of wild environments that we kind of take for granted in the later games. In many ways Odyssey is the full realization of what AC III aspired to be.

Your top 3 is pretty much my top 3 - though outside of those, I only actually finished AC III.

This “sprang up” in the 34th Street Herald Square station. I was impressed by the correct spelling, and also that the writer managed to collect a whole host of MAGA conspiracy memes onto one letter-sized sheet.

Really psyched for this new AC, just got the season pass for Odyssey on sale so I’ve been getting back into it.

My recipe is smooth peanut butter and strawberry jelly (often plus sliced banana) on Eggo waffles.

Taco Bell was open at least.

Yesterday I was so bored that I acquiesced to my girlfriend’s request to go pick up a bottle of Riesling that she could only find at this one liquor store in Midtown. Figured I’d take some pics of Times Square, just see how desolate it was firsthand. This is how it looked at around 7:15pm.

I was kind of “meh” on the art of speedrunning when I saw it described in articles on Kotaku over the years - rarely watched the videos or paid attention when I did - until I stumbled into my first Summoning Salt video analysis.

Somebody recommend this to me. I’m a Switch noob and have never played, much less owned, an Animal Crossing game.
