I donated $10. He's earned it.

Funny thing about Italians, they're a sizeable group but there's no one last name that is common enough to warrant them a mention on this map. I think Giordano and Russo are about as close as they get to Smith and Johnson.

Let's see Idris Elba as James Bond first before we start discussing a black Clark Kent- Superman. And when it comes time to cast this Clark Kent-Superman, let's make sure it's Idris Elba. Then Batman. Then a lead role in a Star Wars film.

I was nine and I told my mom I wanted to "Elvis the TV" everytime that thing appeared

You mention Niko Bellic as a contrast, but not the various Nazi, Soviet, and Islamist factions in military shooter games that people play as all the time... Hernandez is just a punk in a jersey being available to play in a Madden installment (published months before he was arrested for murder)

Why not change the name as well? "Xbox 180" has a nice ring to it

It's not Luke, it's "deflected off the surface" guy.

This movie was brought to you with limited commercial interruption by Nokia and IHOP.

What story was "Maher buys minority share in Mets" inspired by?

I'm excited, but not nearly as excited as I would have been had the developers taken the same route as Mega Man 9 (and 10) and made "Duck Tales 3" with 8 bit graphics and music. Probably some pencil pusher at Disney licensing decided that "remastering" Duck Tales would sell better instead.

I love the gap-year backpacker line. Can we get some more barbs aimed at hipsters? Like how the Red Wedding band weren't talented enough to quit their day jobs as archers but were still playing weekend gigs in the vain hope of being discovered, which is pretty sad when you're pushing 40.

Damn, I guess this means we won't have any incomprehensible turn-based horseshit ported to XBOX this generation either. What a disappointment.

That's the right attitude... any more talk of this and we'll get "cancelled" from Fognl

Was gonna mention him, but I was thinking more along the lines of somebody charismatic and capable of leading a movement. Ted had the same chance of defeating technology as John Hinckley did getting a date with Jodie Foster.

I think these admittedly pretty stupid DRM rules on the XB1 are a result of MS being awkwardly stuck between an old and a new model of software distribution; where the "old" model means that software is carried on physical media and traded freely, while the "new" model is strictly online downloads (app store, Steam)

I'm kind of surprised that there's yet to be any significant stirrings of a modern Butlerian Jihad. You'd think that some sort of extremist luddites (including our contemporary, non-Butlerian jihadis) would get together to try and mount a serious threat to digital technology. Then again, they'd probably have to use
