The show has officially reached background noise status for me. I can’t tolerate an entire hour.

Sanders was obviously saying that explicitly addressing identity politics issues that face specific communities is important, as is addressing issues that cut across all demographics. This is not hard to understand. This almost reads like satirical outrage.

Did a memo go out to all music reviewers that require them to say “this album is different for Oh Sees because they slow down sometimes!” Strange that tons of reviewers trot out that line considering all but 2 or 3 Oh Sees albums have plenty of slower/quiet parts, especially their last 3 or 4.

Not that this idiot is worth any time and attention, but given what I read about his family, it seems very likely his mom had no idea. Father dead, dude took inheritance money from his uncle at 18 and wasn’t heard from again.
