Probably, but i guess a true cold air intake would pose the same problem. Theyll likely use plastic areo panels under the car to help shield the intake ducts. I could also see them being extra cautious in terms of sealing the intake tract.

Agreed! I dont think id ever travel across the country for a car (dealer or private party). The distance here played a big role in how this thing unfolded. Had the car been a few hundred miles away, he just couldve driven it home immediately. Still a shady move by the seller. He prob parted the car out and sold the…
I dont understand why this car isnt offered with an optional turbocharged engine! Toyota doesnt offer anything else that could be ‘cannibalized’ by a turbo model. Subaru is strictly awd sedan. Some may say a turbo brz would hurt wrx sales, but i dont believe that. The wrx is way more practical (esp the hatch).
I would love to see them build their own smaller cars. Being such an American staple for so long, its hard to grasp that they dont want to compete in the smaller car market by themselves. The Neon was pretty popular. Once the Neon went out of production, its been downhill. Caliber was garbage and not a suitable…
Has to be Mazda. They already partnered with fca on the 124 Spyder. The question i have would revolve around drivetrain. The 124 uses the Fiat 1.4t. Would FCA develop new engines to be used in these new compact/midsize vehicles or would they use the partner's engine? The Scion IA uses the Mazda engine.
I consider myself to be a fast driver. Unless in a school or construction zone, i typically drive 5-10mph over the limit. On the hwy, my goal is to maintain a constant speed (again 5-10mph over posted limit). The problem is other motorists dont understand the concept of a multi-lane hwy. On a 3 lane hwy, right lane is…
