Richard, have you given Oreimo a view yet?

Star wipe!

I can't be the only one who thought this when seeing the thumbnail, right?

My little Link can't be this kawaii

When I visited Tokyo this year, I made sure to educate myself on unacceptable actions before going there. Talking on the phone on the train, riding the women's only train car in the morning, eating while walking, sticking my chopsticks in a bowl of rice.. Then there were things that I figured out along the way, like

Quit playing games with my heart.

I do not blame you for this blaspheme. I honestly blame technological evolution and how we consume our media. I know that someone else has probably beat me to the punch in posting this, but we maintain "friendships" by reading a 1 or 2 sentence status update, or viewing a picture. Our news comes in tweets. Dropping this in before this page absolutely kills everyones flash

I was on the fence about what to watch next. I just got done watching Ano Natsu de Matteru (which was great compared to 'ehhhh not bad' Please Teacher and Please Twins), and I was tempted to check out Red Data Girl. I'll give it a shot!

2. I was accused of assuming that all

Vets come in many flavors. Including business owners, college students, teachers, police officers, waiters, and even homeless.

I also think that there is a large correlation between vets who have been exposed to some gnarly stuff, and drug/alcohol usage when they return home.

I think that a lot of what you are saying has truth to it, but there is another side to the coin that I don't think you are wanting to see. Someone who consciously knows the consequences to a bad life choice but follows through with it anyway does not get my sympathy. Just to be clear, I'm not talking about small

Like how I'm a veteran, hurt my back while deployed, and have chronic back pain that prevents me from doing certain types of work. The system in place to get help is complete crap, but there is a system there.

Also, if I'm ever at a college party and someone casually decides to smoke crack or huff spray paint, I'm out.

I wasn't trying to be sarky with that comment really, but you can tell with this particular guy, this is very much likely the case. I live in Austin, and there are a ton of "homeless" people. I used to be a manager at a hotel and had my run-ins with the regular homeless people in the area. I even saw someone on the
