100-150 people is medium-sized? I thought that 60 was medium and 100 was "your family insists that you invite all of their colleagues and people that your mom babysat as a teenager." Am I totally skewed?

The Enell doesn't work for everyone, though. I am also an F cup and I didn't have a great experience with it, but it does work really well for a lot of people and they are very well constructed, so it's definitely worth a try.
