@Leo Fair: I'd use iobit uninstaller. It, unlike all the other installers ironically, doesn't install onto your computer. It's a portable app having features that rival the one by Revo.

@GreasyPig: Most probably scareware. I would first take out the harddrive and check it for viruses with a working PC (if you could) and then extract valuable data before formatting. Formatting might not be necessary but it's advisable.

@freakshowtime: Um, Fastestchrome isn't famous only for it's autopagerize. It's famous also due to the little popup bubble which is really useful. But that autopagerize thing is a memory hog by itself.

@chris0089: Not everyone is a keyboard junkie like us ;)

@nka: I think I remember someone saying that it wasn't possible to do so as it isn't available in chrome. Anyway, opening a new tab takes a fairly small amount of time so we can work over it right?

@tasselhoff76: Um, syncing with dropbox relies on a second service (dropbox) so if that's gone it'll be tough. Next,

@waltwhitman92: I don't know if it's the same case with you but disabling rarely used extensions does wonders for my system (6+ years old) so, you might want to go to chrome:\\extensions and disable a few unneeded extensions. Have a look at your web apps too as they also might be hogging resources. Hope I've been of

@nka: Pressing alt-enter instead of enter should do the trick. If you were looking at something else, I haven't heard of it, sorry.

@jokermatt999: Wrong. Enable the options in about:flags and then right click a tab and select 'Use side tabs' option and voila! You have side tabs!

@tasselhoff76: I actually would be glad to pay for Lastpass's service. You can import your passwords whenever you want. Keeping in mind that it is after all a company and that companies are bound to disappear, I regularly keep a back up. Which is, something that anyone should do. Next, even if they do charge, they

The real problem with chrome sometimes is its download speeds. I live in an area where 128kbps(kilobit) is common and anything above is kind of costly. While using Firefox/Opera I can get download speeds of ~25kbps but if I download using chrome, I get real flaky downloads and sometimes, it just stops dead. If chrome

@roman540: Don't worry. With How-to-Geek and Lifehacker, you'll soon feel them behaving like idiots! :D

@Rolfmaomachizlin: Really, hats off to the guys working at Lifehacker! You really hacked my life with your excellent tips!

@derilium: Woah. I've been reading your comments for the last month. Dude, you are like a Bear Grylls for the Internet!

@jerradn: Posting that link below! Now that's just showing off. The editors try so hard to post articles in time and you try to educate them about something as insignificant as an apostrophe?

@Lightsout565: At least mention it then. People on the internet are nuts about plagiarism :P

@laeuferman: But don't you dare stop coming back to Lifehacker! :)

@jasonkarns: Once leather is cracked, it usually starts chipping (literally) away as time progresses. I've had a Leather Jacket once and a small hole turned into a large cut. I had to replace the whole jacket. It might do you good to use another material to cover it up. I don't know how to 'fix' holes in leather, but
