I don’t think there’s a prosecutor in the country that would bring charges unless he actually managed to seriously main/kill the guy. Probably just escorted out by police and kept under watch until he calmed down.

Having not watched any of his movies, the only comment I can do is that is a positive choice in light of the current issues of lack of diversity in Hollywood, not only in front of the cameras, but specially behind them!
