I literally had never heard of transgenders being a problem in the bathroom until there were suddenly a bunch of anti-transgender laws going around, so I initially assumed it was just disenchanted republicans finding someone else to discriminate.

I expect trans will be their next big target now that they’re losing grip over fear of “the homosexuals.”

Good for them. Trans people have been using whichever restroom they are comfortable with for decades now, and there have been no issues. It wasn’t until the GOP decided to make it against the law that it became an issue. We only ended up with weirdos in the women’s restrooms once men from conservative organizations…
