Count me in your group. I loved the first XIII (despite its' shortcomings). I thought it told an incredible story and the music and spectacle were incredible. Multiple moments of pure awe in that game and the combat system really shone through during the more intense boss battles.

Tom Cruise is an awesome performer but all this Hollywood schlock like 'Jack Reacher' and now 'Van Helsing' is beneath him. Conan is great because he's the only late-night who's an actual proper comedian. He knows and understands comedy and gets a lot of good jokes from his guests and is self deprecating without trying too hard. He may not be 'edgy' but there's a place for his type of show in this world.
