May your stepdad ride eternal.

TBF he's openly admitted that it's all he wants to do with his life and is rather smug about it. What else can you expect from a guy who's made not one but TWO films (and wasted years of his life) on Mark Millar comic books.

Funniest movie of the year along with 'What we do in the shadows'.

It's both "Fuck yeah!" and completely Non- dudebro. Astonishing. Idiots like Peter Berg and Joe Carnahan should learn some lessons from it.

Auron is easily one of the coolest FF characters ever and the cast is overall great. Rikku, Lulu and Yuna are all splendid female characters, some of the best in any RPG.

You're not completely wrong about your criticisms of XIII. It IS a slow burn and I'm assuming you stopped playing pretty early on by what you wrote but the combat gets really, REALLY tactical and challenging (and entertaining ) after 25% or so of the game is over and bosses become harder and harder to take down and

Personally, I just couldn't connect with Tidus or his plight at all. And I always thought the love story between him and Yuna came out of nowhere. But many others disasgree so what do I know.

Count me in your group. I loved the first XIII (despite its' shortcomings). I thought it told an incredible story and the music and spectacle were incredible. Multiple moments of pure awe in that game and the combat system really shone through during the more intense boss battles.

True. The Story is indeed VII's selling point. It still is and will always be one of the best ever told and the narrative progression throughout the game has a massive impact on you in getting to feel and care for its' characters. It's got so many memorable moments and quirky side characters you meet that you still

I still like AVATAR to this day. Say what you want, It's better than any movie that Marvel ever put out.

Tom Cruise is an awesome performer but all this Hollywood schlock like 'Jack Reacher' and now 'Van Helsing' is beneath him. How long can he possibly keep on doing all these dangerous stunts/action stuff?? I'm down for more Mission Impossible movies but Cruise needs to accept that he isn't a young man anymore .

Tom of the Jungle.

I enjoyed it. One of the better Tarantino ripoffs.

I seriously hope that DiCaprio dosen't piss away his later career like De Niro did. It would kill me to see the 2025 'Dirty Grandpa' reboot starring Leonardo Di Caprio.

'Something'? How about EVERYTHING?

Conan is great because he's the only late-night who's an actual proper comedian. He knows and understands comedy and gets a lot of good jokes from his guests and is self deprecating without trying too hard. He may not be 'edgy' but there's a place for his type of show in this world.

Most popular things are terrible.

You can't invite a guest to your show and then blast them in front of an audience. Otherwise, no political guest would ever want to come to your show. You have to be diplomatic and tread carefully. He did sort of make light of Trump's Xenophobia during that interview in a gentle way. That was kid of enough IMO.

Interviewing is also kind of an art . A lost art but an art nonetheless. SO much of it over the decades is just bland PR nonsense and celebrity sycophancy. If anyone can shake the format, it's Colbert.

People STILL watch old famous/infamous Letterman/ Jonathan Ross/Parkinson interviews on youtube and talk about them. If Colbert nails a few legendary ones during his run, who knows.
