The more I play I feel that No Man’s Sky’s planets are a bit of a let down. They don’t have biomes which means exploring a tiny portion of a planet is the best you’ll see of it. There’s little reason to visit another part of a planet other than something shows up on the space scan.

I felt exactly the same after reading those patch notes. Even though I havent even played it yet, its clear that what is coming at launch is only the foundation for whats to come.

I think its fair that highly violent and war torn countries shouldn’t really be playing this. You risk literally sending players into minefields or battlezones.

Its a damned if you do and damned if you don’t scenario with most MMOs now. If you don’t put in ways for people to buy in-game currency then third parties start gold farming illegally and bot use becomes higher. If you do put it in, people complain its a P2W game.
