I remember putting the wrong birthdate for RE:DSC and not being able watch the trailer. I didnt miss much, but it was still infuriating.

He probably got pissed playing Mercs 2 and is taking his rage out on all video games of that nature.

As if the kids didnt watch enough TV, now they have two screens at 0nce. Talk about spoiling your kids stupid.

@EloraHRanma: Yeah, this is definitely on my radar. Test Drive 3 was the first PC game I ever bought, waaaay back in the day.

This is probably for the best. It would have had terrible matchmaking, and constant lag. I'm just going by experience with Japanese games I've played with online multi player.

I think the last time I played Test Drive was Test Drive 3.

@Cake Tank!: Actually I feel the same way. But, I may never had played games like Darkvoid and Dante's inferno because I didn't want to spend the money. I mostly rent shorter single player games so I can blow through them and send them back. I'll still buy games with long stories and/or solid multiplayer.

Didnt have a problem last night playing HR. Hope I just leave it off for a night and no problem. Sucks for those affected.

@SteveSonoa: Probably around season three when Rondal D Moore got involved. He knows how to do character driven scifi.

@Smidget: You know Ronald D Moore (new BSG) creator was also one of the head guys behind DS9. He also wrote several TNG episodes including the finale.

DS9 was a great series. It did a lot to develop a deep rich character driven world. However, its like a nerd soap opera, and if you don't follow the main story arch your'll be lost.

@ergonomicuser: Because in the 20 years between movies (in starwars time) the clone facility was shut down and most of the clones died or aged beyond service. The Empire set up training facilities and started recruiting human imperial citizens by then.

Instead of the virtual control pad, they should have made it voice activated. Could you imagine yelling at your phone "hadouken, hadouken, hap sap something urken, shouriuken" and actually have a reason for once.?
