This is an insane price. Listen, these little cars were great, but come on.

Driveable operational Porsche 928S... “To me, this is maybe a $5000 car”

its funny, i have done this a number of times myself. I, too, have never owned a 6 speed but apparently my body wishes i have.

So for $5 more, I get the convenience of a covered garage and a spot that is mine, always mine, and always waiting for ME... yes please, that option is much better.

For fucks sake, get Erik Shilling off this blog.

You can say the same thing about sports cars and other high performance vehicles. How many people track their cars? Not many. How many people really use sub 4 sec 0 to 60 times? Not many. How many people take their Range Rovers off road? Not many.

“These folks signing up for massive engines and super heavy duty towing packages are buying a bill of goods they don’t need.”

Reliable? Eh it depends. Cheap Maintenance? perhaps not. But it’s mostly everything else.

Great point. For that reason I applaud them buying what they want whether or not they tow boats etc. I’m tired of that argument too. I want to see the percentage of people wearing North Face clothing that actually climb mountains too while we’re looking at all these statistics.

Like I said, stance is hard to pin down, but it looks real good.

I think the better question here is “Why is stance?

Counterpoint: it looks like ass, and you’d better be trailering that trash to your “meets” and not fucking around where adults are driving.

I mean, like, I would, but still.

And this is precisely why we need driving tests (written and ride along) for EVERY motorist EVERY 5 years. Plan and simple.

I am not a dog person. I’ve never owned one, and probably never will.

There’s a very clear tonal difference between this article and ones about speeding in public.

You’re making news about them.

The more you mod it, the less it’s worth. Why do Subaru owners not understand this?
