I'm sort of confused. Do you need to leave the program open for as long as you want the taskbar to be skinned? or does it just mean that before you save it you can close the program and it reverts back to the default taskbar?

At McDonald's I always used to get the same thing (all from the Dollar Menu) 2 double cheese burgers, 1 "McFry", and a large sweet tea. Which came to 4 dollars and tax. Now They changed the menu and cut back on the size of the portions. Not cool McDonald's...Not Cool!
