I think he was saying that BN is better than CSI:Miami (which I don't watch, so maybe the location is teh only similarity), which is in a "cellar" creatively. Maybe since Michael lives in a loft, BN is metaphorically better. Or something.

I never finished watching it either. It had so many flat line readings from Campbell that were cringeworthy. I still like Sam and how Bruce plays him, but some of those flat lines are creeping in to BN itself, almost like Campbell is losing his enthusiasm for the show.

The one jarring note was Sloan saying she's got 15 years experience (I think). Not sure how old the character's supposed to be, but Munn is 32, so that would mean she started working as an economist in high school.

The one-two punch of this issue is CU plus the efforts to deny transparency in corporate donations. I have no problem if some rich twit billionaire wants to donate millions to Newt Gingrich, for example. At least I know his name and can avoid his Vegas casino in future.
