The thing is that overridden dinos seem to be beefed up — my overridden dino would invariably dominate a dino of the same class. Unless it was double-teamed or so, the override would always come out on top.

I ninja around everywhere — I basically never took off the stealth outfit, and did my very best to not get caught in an open fight unless it was with one of those giant things (e.g. behemoth, stormclaw, thunderjaw, etc.). It made life so much easier. Sharpshooter and War bows for the win

Yeah I wiped out the game by sections - The “embrace” or East I basically did everything, even though the main story eventually took me West. Then once I started West I basically tried to ‘clothesline’ everything on the way as much as possible (both Main and Side quests). It’s slow going in terms of main story…
