I made a big Facebook argument the other day about the left’s inability to communicate without screwing up. Like M3rc_Nate said what would have happen had they just added “too”. I find we are often too quick to be edgy or viral. #notmypresident would have avoided semantics conversations had they just said…
Utterly OT, but I don’t even care.
Not even that, all they had to do was add one more word and they wouldn’t have had a ton of the issues they had. Imagine this:
There’s a cut and paste thing along these lines and it is the worst straw man argument. I called out the privileged middle class white woman that posted it but I doubt she’ll care; she hasn’t responded and her page is full of Jesus quotes. Full disclosure, I’m a privileged (almost) upper middle class white woman and…
It’s true about bubbles. I live in New York. I can count on one hand the number of Trump supporters I know who live in the city. Go to Staten Island and it’s a different story (but no one goes to Staten Island except the people who have to live there). Just like if you go to small town Kentucky or anywhere else in the…
Except ya know, he doesn’t have Facebook. That has already been covered by the media. There are a million fake pages a cursory search will tell you that. Because it is on the Internet does not make it true. I understand a distaste for Donald, but are you really gonna start setting your sights on a 10 year old kid?…
Organize my people? As though as a white woman, all other white women are my people? Not only is that statement is not in any way helpful to the progressive cause (as white women are not given magical powers to convince the worst of white society to change their minds), it also serves to create a false division…
There’s more
Oh wait, there’s more:
Yeah, the one time she seemed genuinely happy was when Barron leaned over to excitedly talk to her. She looked completely different, much warmer and prettier.
There was a scene of her and Barron goofing around a bit. That was genuine. Those two adore each other.
Doesn’t that image speak volumes? Two relative strangers, who can reasonably be assumed to be on the opposite side, have more courtesy, empathy and compassion for Melania that her own husband does.
I hadn’t seen this shot. They both just instinctually put their hands on her back to reassure her. Like they know she’s nervous, unhappy, pissed off at being ditched at the car. They knew.
Someone asked me the other day, “what do you think Melania is thinking?” My reply: “Just hang on. A hundred million bucks. Just hang on. You can do it.”
It’s interesting how the marches, across the board, seemed to have been larger than the ones that the Tea Party shits got in 2009. Remember how breathless and exuberant the press coverage of that was? Remember how we had to endure months and months of those dummies on every news show spewing their nonsense?
We had 500 in Bismarck ND. That may sound small, but it’s huge compared to anything else I’ve ever seen here. Tons of people honked and waved at us too. I expected two dozen when I first sign up.
I could. not. believe. it.
