Yep. Best friend bought a used low mileage Corvette for $11,500 roughly nine years ago. IIRC, it was a 97 with 35k miles on it. Sold it five years later with 60,000 more miles for $10,500 to the first guy who came to look at it, mostly because it needed 4 new tires. Never needed anything but routine maintenance.

I’m gonna miss this one. Solid transportation, fantastic utility, and very affordable. Great V6 engine in these things. Almost all the bugs and gremlins were banished over the years, so dependable applies as well.
