I feel you! Kotick stepping down maybe the head to roll to save the board from doing any real work to change their toxic company. In lots of ways, CEO’s are the Flack for a faceless board of greedy go getters. Golden parachute makes a lot of sense and the cynicism is catching!

Ages ago, after late nights of drinking we would go to AA. Get an Angus and Apple Pie at Mickey D’s. Just thinking about that makes my blood pressure rage. The good ole days.
