i see where you're coming from re:guest animator freedom. But man, this episode didn't wow me. Not that they have to of course. It felt like a strungout daylight walk home from the previous episode: pretty forgettable but leaves a distinct taste in your brain.

i totally agree! And to top it all off, it felt like the ending portrayed Finn & Jake's existential crisis' or lack there of….. Jake, who has always come off to me to have more of a nihilist point of view, sees his alt reality self; laughs and cracks jokes. Finn on the other hand seems to be in a bit of a possible…
