“Let’s make it look like the Republicans can’t govern and don’t deserve any gavels whatsoever. That’s what it makes it look like.”
CRENSHAW: “It’s a shame. It makes us look foolish. If I didn’t know any better, it’s like the Democrats paid these people off... Let’s make it look like the Republicans can’t govern and don’t deserve any gavels whatsoever. That’s what it makes it look like.”
“I’m a Florida man” - Matt Gaetz
There’s no one else that has even close to a majority, so the likeliest result is McCarthy gets there on the 20th ballot or whatever after promising what’s left of the scraps of his soul to Boebert and Gaetz et al.
I do find it funny that Republicans are the top tweeters while bashing Democrats like AOC for tweeting instead of doing their jobs.
It really does look like poor people’s idea of how the rich live — the cheap-tacky just radiates off the screen.
Even better, a comment in response to an unsolicited brag/attack on said teenager. Like literally all he had to do was not say anything in the first place.
This is the response he wanted, in that, she responded and gave him attention. It doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad attention. For him, attention = money. The only way to get rid of him is probably completely ignoring him, but that has it’s own problems too. I hate it here.
Whoopi seems to have the same problem with Jewish people that Dave Chappelle has with Trans people.
My mom and I happened upon “Rocketman” on Thanksgiving, and thought it was pretty well done as a musical, instead of a bio with some music thrown in.
So let’s see:
Exactly. This was a freebie, not only for them, but anyone in the Republican party, to be able to say “see we did something bi-partisan!” and it not be anything polarizing or political (and then go back to being polarizing and political, of course), but they couldn’t even clear that low bar.
A male politician (of course) immediately called a point of order in that there was a ‘stranger’ (the baby...) on the floor of the House.
Hell, Boebert has to protect that right, or what the hell would her husband do at the bar on Saturday night?
It’s one of the things in his last complaint. That one day he mocked people’s problem with his behavior on set with “oh my vagina!”.
She obviously takes shit. She just hired a disgraced actor who is a walking HR complaint to be on her show.
> He was simply the only person who could bring that role to life.
Republicans refuse to support breastfeeding mothers. The ads write themselves, hopefully. Democrats have a tough Senate map in 2024, I hope they assigned someone to keep a running list of all the horrible shit they can credibly claim Republicans stand for!
Start a recall campaign immediately. Do it now. Replace the liar, before he can do any real damage.
