The north produces some very dim people as well; that much I can personally attest to. Today I was very nearly hit (while walking in a crosswalk) by an idiot doing 50-60 mph through an intersection with a stoplight in a crowded town that had another intersection not 50 yards beyond it (also with a stoplight).

Quite possibly, considering he convinced some sucker to pay $150k for a ‘49 3100 with a crate 350 (which by all rights should be a $40k truck when all is said and done).

The only thing wrong with this is the price. Take the 7 off of it and people will buy. At $750k, they’ll sell approximately none of them.

If it was $20-22k, NP. At $26k, CP.

When I replaced the brake lines on my truck, I had brake fluid sitting on my arm for a good half hour or so and it burned like hell.

Next video: thermite.

Apparently not.

Our cars are already tasked with preserving our safety and livelihood in the event of a crash. Making them autonomous does not change that task or its priority level. Mercedes is right on the money with this one.

“Stance” = stupid

That is freaking awesome! I always love seeing fabrication come together and I’m so looking forward to being able to do similar things myself in the future. There’s just the small issue of a thing called “money” considering I’m currently a college student, but that will change within a few years.

The inner workings of differentials are largely a mystery to me and even I can tell you that welding your diff and trying to drive on the street is flat-out dangerous and stupid. Get the proper hardware, don’t make an irreversible change to a crucial part of your driveline (particularly if you don’t have money for a

Very cool! Did you have to work around the shock towers or did you find a way to alter/remove them?

They probably don’t have a maintenance schedule, as Lamborghini (knowing them) figured the buyers would never drive them enough to need one.

There was almost literally nothing worth saving on that car, maybe a wheel and a headlight.

*cries* How could you say such a terrible thing?! Also, props for knowing how to use “you’re.” That’s a depressingly rare thing anymore.

We weren’t comparing putting a Viper motor and a Coyote into a first gen Mustang, just the Coyote. But you are correct, an OHV motor will be much easier to fit in tight places than an OHC motor.

That’s what I’ve heard. The Ringbrothers either didn’t get that memo or chose not to use it for whatever reason.

Specific output is a meaningless metric.

I’d still rather have an LS.
