I took oral meds for both but for one of them (I think one of the yeast infections)I also got something called nystatin ointment, which is thick and greasy. I used it for both the BV and the yeast infection for the itch. It helped, but it is expensive - I think it was 45 bucks for a small tube with my insurance.
