I don’t know that The Golden Girls episode is the greatest example, but I completely agree that as far as movement for progress goes, this aint it. The 30 Rock episode(s) are much more nuanced in its own comedic context ... so much so that I’m surprised Tina Fey even requested to remove them. Black folks aint out here

Its usually not until I start playing it that I realize When Disaster Strikes is probably my fav (best?) Busta album.

I mean, as consistent representations of shitty cops go, there’s still Scully and Hitchcock.

“We expand each other’s horizons,” he added. “I like to think that he learns from me and I learn from him.”

Maybe it’s more a reflection on the video than the song. Cuz Cameo’s library goes waaaay deeper than that Word Up album (where Candy is the shit, but Back and Forth is the best song :)

Sometimes I am fully prepared to make my statement, but then I see the work has already been done. Kudos.

I mean, this picture looks like a purposely-taken stock photo used to parody all the Karens of America... but nope.

Its not coincidental. Its a direct bi-product of the competition. Sports games have never been better than when EA, 2K and Microsoft were all battling for sports game supremacy. NBA Inside Drive made one of my favorite sports video games ever, and that series ended in 2004. Now 2K is so far ahead of the curve, its

I don’t know if that works. Chips can be half-Mexican. Although I do see some parallels with disillusions of authority...

Exactly this. Why is everybody going at this dude for HIS list? I don’t agree with it, but isn’t that the point? MY top 5 list probably don’t look like anybody else’s and is vastly different from THE top 5 list. If hip-hop has done its job, everybody’s top 5 list should be different. Then we can discuss and debate,

There is more evidence to this notion, than him just being a hater. For one, his argument about what the guys on his list did for their franchises, even though Bron brought a chip to the city of Cleveland. CLEVE. LAND. This just gets added to the enormous pile of dumb shit he’s said since he held a microphone.

These empty-ass apologies are more criminal than the original offense.

I think they had a really good professional relationship under their worst circumstances, dealing with the initial Lawrence bombshell and all that awkwardness. Now that Lawrence is out of the picture, they should be perfectly fine... but it looks like Condola is acting weird towards Issa because she feels threatened

Just for the record, the Sonics did not get gentlemen swept in those Finals! They only showed one win, but Seattle won a game at home and in Chicago, so a whole two games!

Obviously Jordan is the headliner, but I’d love the docuseries to give everyone involved with the Bulls equal screen time for telling their story.

Yeah, really weird and unfair how Condola ghosted Issa like that. She comes across as kinda ... insecure. See what I did there?

I’ll let myself out.

First of all, Wings’ “Arrow Through Me” fucking knocks. No shame there. But Back to the Hotel by N2Deep being one of my fav all-time old school tracks, I’m getting swung on.

Oh, you could have bet me a paycheck back in the day that The Weeknd wasn’t a group. I used to get “them” and The Internet mixed up.

I just need answers as to how Pootie Tang got a seat at the table.

Reserving that last, open seat for opening night I was 100% prepared for an epic celebration, and I did. I screamed - we all celebrated. But the YouTubers’ reaction vids always seem a little forced.
