I grew up one of three siblings, and its pretty honest how they revert to their childish rivalries at times. You never really outgrow that. Plus The Neverending Story truly fucking rocks.
“For all the technical wizardry involved, the result falls somewhere in the steep downward slope of the uncanny valley: Junior, with his sad-puppy eyes, never looks completely human in motion (and sometimes looks just plain goofy), and the effect is done no favors by the fact that he spends a good part of his screen…
Which is EXACTLY why they didn’t need to go through all that Lawnmower Man-excited-to-use-this-tech crap in the first place. It’s so glaringly obvious they could have just cast Will Smith as THE YOUNG WILL SMITH. Look at the poster and they literally have the exact same baby smooth skin. After all that senseless…
All great shows, but I’d add Sons of Anarchy, Justified, Terriers (RIP), Rescue Me maybe even Mad Men to that list. All my buddies watched those shows but not one episode of The Shield... somehow. Still my favorite TV drama series to this day.
“There actually is nothing like the Expeditions mode slated for this new episode”
I was never super into many of Tartakovsky’s projects, but I’m all here for this one. It looks amazing.
Shout out to the random Vic Mackey er... Michael Chiklis sighting if I saw that correctly (from one devout Shield fan, where I think all this cable tv greatness originated!)
Me too! I think I ran with my early pistol for way longer than I was supposed to. No perks, no frills, just decent damage, range and really liked the way it felt.
Kind of knowing where the story was heading, I stuck with it (and the side quests for XP) just to get to the ship. But not having a third gun slot in the early game is extremely punishing, seeing as you can’t even cycle through more than two different gun types to save your ammo.
“And if that fails and you’re in a social setting, introduce this person to someone you do know”
That’s 1 mil in GTA online. The single player campaign is priceless. I actually bought and played it at launch on the Xbox 360, and still bought the Xbox One version to play it again.
I’ve poured countless hours into this game, and I still haven’t even finished Arthur’s story. Not into multiplayer at all, and I’ve still spent hours in RDO not feeling like I’m being forced to participate in anything I don’t want to. I’m just saying there is so much content between those two modes I’m not nearly as…
The gym i go to (and why I chose it) is pretty freed up with almost all their equipment, so I actually do stare into space and catch my breath in between sets, lol. I might hydrate or switch up my music playlist otherwise.
Fahey, you are basically on drug pusher status at this point. Don’t judge me when I Redbox this bitch just to exploit all of this glory for a full day or two. I am just a man, after all.
I think he just mentioned that as in contrast to Joel being more of an archetype video game character.
Almost got me to buy in. I’d pay the full 60 bucks for a game called Super Deep Character Creator.
I watched that show religiously as a kid (hey, it was the ’80s; don’t judge)
For the last two days I keep reading about this assumption that we all have an issue specifically with the season finale. Certainly there are aspects in that particular episode I don’t care for, and others that don’t bother me at all - but there are issues throughout the season, beyond just how it all ended that I…
I’m here for it, as long as I get to see Professor X serve some white folks in the club with those new legs of his!
