Moving to a home with no more roommates, I was so excited to be able to freely yell at my kinect all day long. Alas, the damn thing stopped working the second I moved :(

Yep, me too bro. Got the whole Hot Toys Avengers collection and Vision on the way. But not buying any repeats.

Yeah, exclusives aside, I think the overall library is fine. I’m in-between like three games now, and haven’t bought a new game in a while. And I bought the Xbone at launch. But it would take a pretty damn good exclusive to go out and get a second console so far.

Maybe not as revolutionary as some of its predecessors, but the 360 is probably the best, if not one of the best gaming systems for its generation. A year into our current gen, and I too am realizing how great that console was.

Yep. The only way I do COD. Will visit Redbox on a cold and rainy night. No interest in multiplayer at all.

“Yes, there are people who play Call of Duty games primarily for the single player (or co-op) experience. I happen to be one of them”

Yeah, it was 700. But I still only had 500 silver :( Probably the most tempted I’ve been to buy an emote. I just recorded my Warlock doing it on my Xbone, good enuf for me!

Have you actually looked at intros from the 80s? Its some of the best animation around (see Thundercats, Galaxy Rangers). Usually like 100 times better than the actual show.

Yep! All-time top 3 cartoons ever (and one of the best intros to ever come to the states). I just threw away my recorded VHS collection :( But Hulu’s got my back now.

I used to scream about that every year. Then I decided never to pre-order or buy new games. It makes things so much easier, waiting for a price drop, letting bugs get patched, and not having to buy 3 games to beat in the same month or letting them pile up. I can actually catch up on a few old games now (some for ‘free

He was on point tho. Best on that list IMO.

I love every single one of his gestures... like every. single. one. The kind of stuff I have to look away from so it doesn’t influence any of my own work, lol. Kudos.

I mostly agree with everything you said. I would have waited for RB4 to do whatever they needed to do to give the game a truly next gen experience, and not this stripped down, “streamlined” treatment. I bought all 3 Rock Bands, plus Beatles and a huge fan of everything Harmonix has done up to this point.

Well at least the guitars aren’t obsolete. My focus right now is how to transfigure this damn keytar into some kind of wall art.

That’s a kind way of saying they’ve stripped away a lot of the bits fans really enjoyed in order to provide a more streamlined experience.

I’m hoping we see a more robust game in the near future pending some updates. But the idea that 5 years later, me and all my going on 40 adult friends are now more ready and willing to drop everything and jam out in my living room is unrealistic. For all those that still can, great, but there are a ton of us ready to

I think people have short term memory loss. Random modes have been unplayable at launch EVERY YEAR since NBA 2K started making games for next gen. Exactly why I didn’t get it this year, cuz I’ve been burned twice now. Maybe it will be patched by next year.

I second that. Just played 2K15 last night, and probably won’t touch 2K16 until the trade deadline next year.
