He went to prison for like 5 months, in what way did he escape justice? How long should he have been put in prison for? We already have an unbelievable percentage of our population in prisons.....

That’s absurd. Assuming people who are falsely accused can just “bounce back” ignores all the evidence to the contrary. And there is a lot of evidence.
