I agree with this opinion. I think she was angry and vented on her podcast and the next day it blew up all over media and the idea of fucking up her career bc of him... maybe to her it just wasn’t worth it.
He gave short one word answers. He didn’t want to discuss it, if he really didn’t do anything wrong I probably wouldn’t want to have a discussion about it either.

Knowing how Anna works (the girl is always on a story) she’s probably doing that as we speak, and she works for Jez and it’s more of a safe space for someone to come forward, I don’t think writing this article was wrong.

I don’t think it’s like that at all. And if there are victims and they do come forward after reading this... that would be great. If these rumors are true, he needs to face them and take responsibility.
Jen Kirkman said that “he’s never taken his dick out in front of her”. On her podcast she said this person was creepy but never didn’t anything physically inappropriate. I think the reaction that episode on her podcast got blindsided her and she was not expecting it.
You’re my fave Anna. You were on dirtcast semi recently (August R Kelly episode) and you were referring to a story you wanted to write but couldn’t quite yet, I was dyyyying to know what it was, anyhoo... you work hard and I always look forward to your wonderful articles.
Anna definitely does her research and* has actually put herself in potentially dangerous situations in order to get information for her stories. You know laptops exist right? You know you can travel and “blog”.
I suspect Jen Kirkman was indeed referring to Louis CK on her podcast and when the public flipped its shit she backtracked, I don’t blame her and I might be wrong. Maybe he called her and gave a genuine apology, who knows.... and I might be wrong, I just know that if I was a female comedian and had a successful career…
I’m happy to see this comment, I feel like people are dragging Anna hard. I really think there’s something legit to this story. I also think a lot of people want to protect themselves and don’t want to be the one who ruined everyone’s favorite comedian’s career.... and I don’t blame them. Anna doesn’t fuck around…
I don’t know, Anna ain’t no joke. She’s one of the few who really does serious investigative journalism, it’s her thing, I really don’t think she would post this to get clicks, I think she knows a lot more than you or I about this and needs some more concrete evidence before she can go forward with the other…
I prefer her when she’s serious, I know it’s a daytime show but I find her “funny” antics to be very Fallon-like.
