Agreed.  Also, it’s not like HOAs pop up randomly.  When you buy a house, you are made well aware if there are HOA stipulations.  If you choose not to follow those rules, that’s on you for buying the house.

None of what you said makes any sense to me. They sold over 1.5 million of the things, I would expect the vast majority to consumers rather than rental fleets (I’ve rented 100s of times in last 5 years, never even seen an Edge on the lot).

We had a first gen Edge, and while I grew tired of the design, it did work very well for us with 2 kids. Very comfortable, lots and lots of elbow room, the leg room in the backseat was ginormous.  Eventually the small cargo area got us to trade up to a Flex.

my take on it - it is a beautifully detailed game, it can be maddeningly frustrating sometimes, various tasks/contracts can each take 1+ hours to complete, I’m playing on console and cannot wait for mod support to be released. My 5 year old thinks it is way too boring to ‘help’ me play.
