Excuse me, are you suggesting Sabina is racing to defend the immersive Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida in order to maintain a good relationship with Disney and thus continue to receive the perks of such a relationship?

This is the third article in about one week regarding the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser at Disney Resort. What an amazing coincidence that they time so perfectly with the recent Jenny Nicholson video about the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser at Disney Resort.

But that perspective is...kind of sad? We shouldn’t expect franchises to be good and simply content ourselves with the trappings that they bring (warp drive, nacelles, phasers, etc.)? That’s a recipe for bad entertainment and an audience that passively consumes anything put in front of it. People should be engaged

Yes but how are its number on the BBC’s iPlayer? If the show is being released online well before it airs, the ratings are shifting elsewhere.

Jenny Nicholson really nails this with her official concept art images, aka, “Chapter XXI, What They Stole From You.”

I’m not gonna accuse you of being paid like many others have... but yeah, the fact that this article is published right now, seemingly out of the blue, is sus as all get out.

I scrolled down to the comments to see if anybody posted this video. I don’t normally watch influencer videos, but I couldn’t stop watching this one. It’s such a thorough evisceration of the entire trainwreck from start to finish. The Disney bean counters should be required to watch the entire thing before pitching

“We have Elric at home...” :O

A Poor Man’s Henry Cavil

That’s a nice burn.

Exactly, and it is not impossible that the pupetteering and effects studios would charge standby fees for any delay, because they can’t take on other work while waiting for that production is delayed for an unknown number of months.

Every movie starts with a script”

What collex said, but also because if you actually watch the movies and pay attention to the script they’re filled with info dumps about who all of the characters are, what their motivations are, and what role they play in the story. Watching the other shows or movies that the characters appear in might give you some

So nothing is changing but a few words before a title to try to get the thickheaded bloggers and reviewers to stop pretending you need to “watch everything” and “do homework” to enjoy the Marvel movies, because the “superhero fatigue” narrative drives engagement and makes for an easy scapegoat for a complex media

I doubt they have the courage to put it in there, but if they had a credits scene where he gets the Kra-Van it would 100% redeem this dumb looking (but not in a good way) movie

If I remember correctly, Dark Crystal was said to be a casualty of the pandemic, with Covid restrictions making pupetteering an even bigger logistical nightmare than it normally is and exponentially ballooning the costs involved.

Kraven... does not look good. The character has so much cinematic potential as a Spider-man villain. We just want a movie where Kraven, a huge, scary, Russian big-game hunter, chases Peter Parker across Manhattan.

Kraven moved to Christmas because we’re excited about it and Christmas is the best release period there is, when you get people with time to go back to the movies over and over again. That was a real reflection of how the studio felt about the movie. We’re really excited. But that’s a great move that reflects just the

They weren’t great, lets face it. Both had enormous problems.

Space Babies is your basic mid-season RTD story, with some additional episode 1 infodumping for D+ subscribers. Doesn’t ask very much of the viewer, but lets you know the show hasn’t changed too much from post-2005 Who. The Devil’s Chord is a balls-to-the-wall “this is what the show is like now in 2024" ride.
