Yeah, much as I love Angel, that’s one of the big ‘what if?’s - wondering just how season 4 and 5 might have turned out if Joss didn’t treat Charisma Carpenter like dirt and basically force her to leave. I adore season 5, but her single-episode appearance really highlighted just how much of a void she left.

Oh I got the DVDs as soon as the complete box set came out! No way was I missing out on the final season of what was (and still is!) one of my favourite ever shows! It’s still my favourite series finale ever, too.

It’s not quite as good when you’re watching season 5 of Buffy...

I got these amazing box sets when they came out, so did finally get to see season 5. Watched the entire second half of the season in a single day with my best friend. That is absolutely not designed to be watched in such a short time frame. Too much emotion...

I like the idea of fitting in all the characters around at the time, but maybe in the background. So they’re all doing their typical bombastic thing, with Peggy just skirting around the periphery, rushing through on her own mission. I’m a big fan of the Zeppo episode of Buffy, and The Greatest Story Never Told from Jus

Brilliant. We really got shafted with the UK airings of Buffy. And I was on terrestrial...

I knew there was someone surprising on Angel too, I just couldn’t remember who!

I rewatched Buffy during lockdowns and couldn’t believe it when he popped up!

I’m now imagining a world where Chris Evans’ big MCU return comes not in the final, desperate moments of Secret Wars, but rather in the opening of episode four of the Agent Carter miniseries where he’s just baking cookies at home and gives Peggy a kiss before she leaves for work. And we never see him again.

I mean, put Hayley Atwell in anything and I’ll watch her it, so I’m good with whatever.

That’s kindof what I meant. Straight to Disney+. They could do whatever they want with it really, miniseries, TV-movie, or maybe a series of specials each set in a different time period where Peggy keeps encountering the same threat through the decades, learning more about it each time.

But 11 is one more Snydery.

Agent Carter just seems so perfect for TV movies. Doesn’t have to have a crazy budget, make it a bit of an event whenever one drops. Would be great to see Peggy bouncing around the latter half of the MCU’s 20th century.

I keep meaning to watch this show...

Who was asking for a series about Cassian Andor? I certainly wasn’t.

Do it. Just don’t come complaining to me when you end up with ‘One Track Lover’ stuck in your head for a week afterwards.

I watched some clips of Watchmen recently and it was honestly comical just how much slowmo was used. I’m always reminded of the line from Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace - “The episodes were running up to eight minutes short. The only way to stretch them out was slow motion. We tried to keep the slow motion away from

Yep, best live action Lex.

Given how often that happens with film scripts there is a non-zero chance that this is what might actually happen.

I’m not massively familiar with Spawn, but from what I do know...that sounds absolutely ideal.
