Don’t worry about it, most gym-rats and muscle dudes actually will look at you with respect for being at the gym. It takes a unique and rare asshole to make fun of someone addressing an issue.

As a fat guy I totally agree. It’s a struggle worth doing and I try. I also hate the enabling, I’m an adult and I take responsibility for my weight. Articles like this feel like enabler-fishing.
