Jennifer? Really? I find her to be supremely annoying and the character I dread seeing week-to-week. All she does is behave like a 9-year-old with A.D.D. on a sugar-high and run around fucking things up. I'll be so glad if they kill her off…soon.

A few things:
I agree with you, it was not so well-suited for tv. Seems like it would be a great book, too. It would help greatly to be able to read a few internal dialog passages to understand the thought processes of the characters.
