the state waived any need to renew from the start of the pandemic up until this spring so you didn’t have to do anything even if it had expired.

you have to renew in person every other time, so in person about every 14yrs

oddly enough, of all things, for where i am in DFW, it was communicated pretty widely that the DMV schedule isn’t normal.

they send a letter a month or two ahead? but you don’t need to wait really, in the before times, you could just plan to walk in or set an appointment a week ahead or walk in, setting an appointment was always an option.

yes this sucks, and texas is shitty with accessibility, but part of the problem is that all of these people have waited to the last minute to try to renew their licenses. they would have had to wait similarly without a pandemic, this isn’t all that new.

I don’t get why there are so many complaints, especially the EV train thing. These games aren’t even going to be used for competitive events so any Pokemon you wanted to use would have to be transferable into Sword/Shield anyway.

agreed, the LEDs would have most likely been there anyway, they just did some programming magic and any cost to repair increase is actually tied to whatever hardware is on the truck to weigh the stuff in the bed, not the taillight itself.
