Neutral: My armchair analysis reminds me that we bought almost NOTHING during 2009-11 due to widespread economic fears. This pushed the average age of the car (on the road) to almost 11 years, IIRC. Now we are still feeling the residual effects of pent-up demand as the economic situation improves for most people, but

It’s just mother nature trying to take an over-polluting VW off the roads.

Congratulations, Mr. PotbellyJoe, on COTD! I would like to gift you with a NASCAR race car which these lovely sisters will deliver soon. Their names are Angela and Amber...............not Sue.

Wait....is this a thing?

I admit I’ve always liked the lines of the Cruz, though it suffers in the details and that badge..(Hey GM, why no bowtie on the Corvette, eh?)

Could I imagine myself in a Chevrolet?

Wax the windows! Helps in the rain and snow.

I honestly don't know how you lot get any work done or articles written - but I'm grateful that you do.

Friend of mine who has a GT now got one. He drives the hell out of his current one - been back and forth across the country several times. Active in the Ford GT owners group as well. Looking forward to my first ride in one.

Local cars and coffee acquaintance in Richmond, VA got one. I’ll tell him you’re looking. He still owns two GTs, including a Gulf Heritage one.

He’s come a long way since he first started doing CoD videos on Machinima, around the time of MW2. Fast forward 5 or so years and he’s up to 9.8m subscribers. A lot of brand deals along the way, but the bulk of his income comes from engagement. His current LA house was on the market for $4.5m before he bought it.

Looks like professional golfer Ian Poulter is getting one. Not a surprise as he owns an example of the previous GT. He is also a bit of a Ferrari nut, owning many classics as well as the Ferrari TheFerrari. (Side note: the lucky bastard is also one of the few who have been chosen worthy of receiving the Ferrari

Basically he’s a rich ass British dude with over 800,000 Youtube subscribers who has lots of expensive cars and does reviews on them. In all honesty though he’s a really good choice on Ford’s part for sharing a GT with people. He’ll produce a ton of content on it.

I would also like to know... until then he will just be some rich twat who i envy.

YouTuber Captain Sparlkez got one as well. I guess playing hours and hours of Minecraft makes you more qualified to buy a GT than some collectors who have owned everything from originally GT-40's to the modern GT... But hey who am I to say

Not me.

can i just get it like this.. but with a proper full cage.. and a nice fat cow bar in front?

:(

If only I could have a CTS-V.

5th is better than 1st LOL
